SANTO DOMINGO (Licey.com).- Welington Castillo y Domingo Santana fueron los “Tigres” con la mejor actuación en la jornada del jueves correspondiente al béisbol de las Grandes Ligas.
En Chicago, Castillo (.298) bateó de 4-2, incluyendo un jonrón (6) con una anotada y otra remolcada (23) en la derrota de los Orioles de Baltimore con pizarra de 5-2 ante los locales Medias Blancas.
También por Baltimore, Miguel Castro (1.42) lanzó una entrada cedió un hit con un boleto y 2 ponchados.
Santana (.280) se fue de 4-1 con una carrera impulsada (35) y una base por bolas en el triunfo de los Cerveceros de Milwaukee con anotación de 6-4 sobre los Cardenales en San Luis.
