SANTO DOMINGO (Licey.com),-Rymer Liriano, Juan Francisco, Anderson Hernández y Julio Borbón dieron un hit cada uno en sus respectivos compromisos en la jornada del jueves en el beisbol de Ligas Menores de los Estados Unidos y México.
En Liga Internacional, el bateador designado Rymer Liriano (.256) dio un hit en la derrota de los Knights de Charlotte (White Sox) de 4-13 ante los Braves de Gwinett ante 9,011 fanáticos que se dieron cita en el BB&T Ballpark.
En Lehigh Valley, Pedro Beato (3.12) trabajó en la novena entrada, con un bateador ponchado ante 8,544 fanáticos que vieron el juego en Coca-Coca Park que vieron ganar los Iron Pigs (Phillies) 6-1 ante los Red Wings de Rochester (Twins).
En la Liga Mexicana, el bateador designado Juan Francisco (.302) se fue de 5-1, con empujada y dos ponches en el triunfo de los Leones de Yucatán por 6-5 ante los locales Generales de Durango en el Estadio Pancho Villa.

El juego se decidió en la entrada número 17 y por una base por bolas con las bases llenas cuando Art Charles quien se convierte en el héroe de la noche al producir con pasaporte la carrera del gane para que Vaqueros Unión Laguna se quedara con la serie completa al vencer a Tigres de Quintana Roo.
La algarabía en el Estadio Revolución estalló cuando Art Charles conectó cuadrangular de línea por el central para emparejar las acciones a 3 por bando. La victoria llego en la baja de la entrada diecisiete y tras 5 horas con 23 minutos de juego cuando Charles con las bases llenas recibió 4 pelotas fuera de lugar y de caballito produjo la carrera del gane y la serie completa para Vaqueros
En Puebla, el patrullero central Julio Borbón (.357) dio sencillo en el triunfo de los Pericos de Puebla de 8-7 ante los Rieleros de Aguascalientes en diez entradas en el Estadio Hermanos Serdán. Francisco Rosario tiró en una entrada, con dos hits, carrera limpia y ponche.
En la Liga Costa del Pacifico, el torpedero Willy Adames (.277) es el mejor bateador del Licey en este circuito al batear de 318-88, en 82 juegos, con 48 carreras anotadas, 18 dobles, cinco triples, siete jonrones, cuarenta remolcadas, 43 bases por bolas, siete bases robadas, 87 ponches y veinte errores con la principal sucursal de los Rays de Tampa Bay.
En la Liga Coreana, el jardinero Mel Rojas Jr (.267) en 23 juegos va de 90-24, con once anotadas, cinco dobles, tres cuadrangulares , diez remolcadas, dos bases robadas, cinco bases por bolas y 20 ponches con Kt Wiz.
